5.26.10- Our song "By Yourself" is now available on the Rock Band Network. Here is a video of some people playing it better than we can:

5.23.10- We recorded three new tracks at Black and Bluhm studio in Park Hill this weekend. They'll be released exclusively on 7" vinyl and digital download this summer.

5.11.10- CMJ 200 Update: 3rd week on the chart, currently #121.

The video for "United" should be complete by the end of the month. Stay tuned...

Also, 1-day tickets are available for the Mile High Music Festival until May 31st.

4.27.10- We cracked the CMJ 200 this week- Pulperia debuts in its first week at #185. Thanks to all of the stations playing the album.

We're also pleased to have been nominated for the Westword's best "rock" band for the third summer in a row. Feel free to cast your votes here.

4.24.10- Thanks to everyone who came out last night to celebrate 5 years of The Knew. The turnout was incredible, and the overall theme of the evening really represents why we do this: we'd much rather play a show in a completely full venue for free than play to 20 people for $100.

Next week we'll be shooting a music video for our song "United." Here are a couple story boards our friend Drummond put together for the shoot:

vvvvv

4.20.10- 5 years of TKDEN this Friday at the Lion's Lair. FREE SHOW with pals the Black Apples (LA/FoCo), Electric Jellyfish (Australia), Wire Faces (FoCo). Show is at 9. OH MAMAAA!!

3.8.10- More good stuff this week: live show reviews from Cause = Time and Something Like Sound, and an explanation from the photographer behind the new album artwork, Todd Roeth.

3.7.10- Thanks to all that made it out on Saturday evening for the release show. We had one of the best times playing and hope that you all had one of the best times partying. We honestly wouldn't be able to do this (or want to) if we weren't able to enjoy playing live so much and that's all thanks to you folks.

We're heading to SXSW in a couple of weeks for a few shows and are recording a 7" in May so we'll keep you all up to date with the shenanigans that go on with those endeavors.

In the meantime, please enjoy this piece put together by Photo Roadies:
