We will be just as creepy down in Austin in two weeks. Updated schedule below.
- Weds, 3/16, 7pm- Thirsty Nickle
- Thurs, 3/17, 4pm- JP’s Java
These are our last two Denver shows until later this Spring, so we hope to see you this weekend.
Join us Saturday night at 8:30pm for Westword’s Artopia at Vinyl. You can find ticketing and all other information on events and artistic performances here.
The following night, Fake Problems will be playing Summit Music Hall and we are opening the show. Get your tickets here.
Two (2) gigantic shows this weekend. Friday night is Faceman‘s First Waltz at the Bluebird Theater and Saturday night is Tin Horn Prayer‘s vinyl release at the Hi-Dive. Come to one. Come to the other. Or come to both. Either way, you’ll be coming.
It literally took us 6 days to recover and write this. A big thanks to all who packed into the Larimer Lounge and helped sell out Knew Years Eve Vol II, especially American Tomahawk and Faceman for providing support, as well as Adam, Reid, and Jacob for tooting our horns.
Here is a post-show email from a friend that might provide a little imagery in case you missed it:
From Todd Roeth (photographer, poster designer, friend), to The Knew:
…The cover songs were both outstanding in their selection and clever in their execution.
My favorite surprise was the CCR cover, but at one point when I was “getting down” during the song “Shout” I looked over at Ty’s mom beside me and she was throwing a fist in the air. That might have been my favorite part of the evening.
Keep on rocking in the free world.

Couple good write ups from the Westword Backbeat blog this week in anticipation of the NYE show. Highlights include the fact that right now for under $10 you can a) get a pre-sale ticket to the show as well as b) score a copy of Pulperia. In all reality, that is a screaming hot deal. Secondly, Westword was kind enough to list Knew Years Eve Vol. II at the Larimer Lounge as one of the top ten concerts to see in Denver this NYE.
