Yesterday we headed up to Boulder to record a track at United Interests Sound Studios. We had a real positive experience, as Evan and Pat (not our drummer) in the studio knew more about microphones than I think I know about myself. “Kalamazoo” came out real well, and we look forward to mixing it in the coming weeks. Not sure if we’ll release it as a single, as we may instead incorporate it into another small EP later this year along with three other songs written by each member of the band about their respective hometowns…stay tuned.
